This leaflet is available to print out and share with family and friends. On one side are actions to take to prevent the increasingly likely “exceptional circumstances” of an accident at Sellafield and on the other is the Sellafield Outline Planning Zone Information Card. We have asked repeatedly if this card will be sent to all households in the Zone but so far there has been no response to requests that this be made widely available instead of hidden away on the Cumberland Council website. You can see that the area includes the Lake District National Park, much of Westmorland and Furness as well as most of Cumberland but neatly excludes Carlisle.
